A 6000sqft new build house in the leafy suburb of Esher. The project involved a full service from concept through to completion including a full interior design service.
The house follows principles of the Arts and Crafts movement in order to blend seamlessly into the local surroundings with a modern take on this traditional aesthetic. The property benefited from a total of 4-storeys including a basement.

The property was a listed building within a conservation area and so careful consideration towards the heritage, both internally and externally, were important. The project involved a show-stopping roof terrace with glazed roof access from the main staircase.
